Create a class<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

\n As a teacher, one of the first things you’ll do\n in Classroom is create a class for each of the classes you teach. In a \nclass, you can assign work<\/a> and post announcements<\/a> to students.\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyone over 13 can create a class using a personal Google \nAccount. However, if your school has a G suite for Education account, \nyou should use that email to create your classes. For details, go to About Classroom user accounts<\/a>.Computer<\/a>Android<\/a>iPhone & iPad<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create a class<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
  1. \n Go to classroom.google.com<\/a>.\n \n\n \n <\/li>
  2. On the Classes<\/strong> page, click Add Create class<\/strong>.\n \n <\/li>
  3. Enter the class name.\n \n <\/li>
  4. (Optional) To enter a short description, grade level, or class time, click Section<\/strong> and enter the details.<\/li>
  5. (Optional) To add a subject, click Subject <\/strong> and enter a name, or click one from the list that appears when you enter text.<\/li>
  6. (Optional) To enter the location for the class, click Room <\/strong> and enter the details.<\/li>
  7. Click Create<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
