This is to notify the General public and there will be a “Commencement Service” and Handover Ceremony for the Substantive Vice-Chancellor of Dominion University. Details are are follows; Date: November 1, 2021 Time: 11:00 am prompt. Venue: Chapel of Dominion University. Equally, the Governing Council of the University will be inaugurated on the same day.
