It was a joyous occasion filled with laughter, excitement, and a sense of fulfillment as outstanding students who made the Dean’s honors list at the Faculty of Arts, Social and Management Sciences (FASM) were recognized and celebrated for excelling in their academics in the presence of lecturers and students of the faculty.

Anchored by Mr. Afolabi, a lecturer in the department of Mass communication, the Dean of the faculty, Professor Ewetade, delivered a short address. In his speech, he acknowledged the students’ efforts in the concluded 2023/2024 session while encouraging them to work harder to improve their grades as the new session 2024/2025 begins.

The sub-dean of the faculty and a lecturer in the department of Criminology and Security Studies, Mrs. Olanisebe congratulated all students recognized while also encouraging those who did not make it to the Dean Honour’s list to study hard and put in more effort.
